I bought the sponsor rank but for some reason it shows and works on all servers except for op pvp and kit pvp. It would be awesome if you could help me!

 

Hello there Laser, I'm sad to hear that you haven't received your donator rank on every gamemode. To fix this issue I recommend you to follow this:

1. Email [email protected], when you do that be sure to follow this template:

• My exact in game name is:
• My purchased rank is/was:
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is:
• Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information: but keep in mind that they get many emails every single day and you need to be patient for a reply, if they do not answer within 3-6 days then you may send a mail again.

You can also keep this thread up to see if Cypriot or Noobcrew would see this thread here and help you.

Also be sure to tell us when this has been fixed.
