[UK] Flarey's Staff Re-Application

Hello everyone, this will be my thread to redeem my worthiness for a loving and caring community,
mineverse.

I was promoted exactly a year ago, however demoted lately after, (right before a month and moderating this server). I wasn't taught properly and was worried about what I did and what I've done to myself. I lied about my age a year ago and said I was 18. Pile was trying to teach me but I couldn't have a 13 year olds voice on when talking. I knew after that I couldn't take anymore. Stress came over as exams came, then even more family and in real life problems occurred I couldn't handle anything anymore and abused after having trouble with anther staff.

For 11 months I tried to forget about myself being staff and all the players screaming at me, but it was to hard to forget. I was even more depressed and I applied about a month later, then again and again. I knew I was doing everything wrong... Recently I've been told I'd be a good staff on prison but old former members would get global, however future players would get 1/2 servers.
Well here I am applying for staff member again.

I've learnt many different things and 'how to moderate'. I feel that I've been taught very well and I know how the community reacts to different things. I feel that I've matured up a lot and I'm not a really jokey and laughs person when it comes to braking the rules. Im willing to do this job as I want to help mineverse and the future players.
I'm turning a bit more serious and more responsible for a position like this, which I feel is very important.

Hope you can understand how humans can change and learn from mistakes also that people make wrong choices, as you all know... We're all humans and we all make mistakes..

Why do you think you should become a mod?

Helpful:

I'm also here to help the players that need it and to apply what is right and what is not acceptable.

Active:

Most of the time I'm always online and ready to serve any needy player.

Caring:

I may be a bit strict but I'm extremely caring to any player, friend or enemy.

Hacks:

I believe I am very good at sporting hacks and which is what and how to watch a video and how to how to know what type of hack client their using.

Organised:

I am very organised with where I put screenshots and videos and information I need to save.

Fast typer:

I don't believe this is a skill which is really needed to moderate but I'm very good at typing which can help me exetremly with seeing others names, typing kick/mute/ban messages.

Friendly:

I feel that I may seem a bit srict however I am very friendly to everyone, even worst enemies. This is good as I can be needed by anyone for help.

Fair:

I try as hard to not be biased with reports and appeals. I am always trying to even it out and I'm not afraid to lose a good friend from an enemy, as that's my job.

Note: The OP Factions was when I was exetremly stressed.

- To help new players and to make sure everyone is playing fairly and applying the rules with their game.

I do not support. You did a pretty bad job as mod, you constantly get jailed and even avoid jails on prison, you get into fights, and simply you haven't got what it takes.

I remember being in creative in my nub times and there were people spamming and using caps, and I was literally begging you to do something. You just ignored me and left without a reply.. A couple days later, you got demoted.

You lied about your age and so many other things.

If you really were depressed over not being staff for a year, then in my judgement, I don't think being this involved in a game is the right thing for you.

 

I'm sorry Pops but I clearly said above that I'm sorry for lying, however it's been a full year now and I do really feel anyone can change.
When you were a 'nub' in creative, I'm sorry I didn't respond and fix what was troubling you, I do not remember that situation but I think I was dealing with something else...
I was inactive due to Holidays. - I was promoted in Ireland, then 2 weeks more in France.

Again I did comment that I wasn't trained at all. I did not know much rules of staff and what not to do...
However, I do comeplty know the rules now.
I do comeplty understand your choice and opinion.

flarey from what I've seen you aren't very active on prison but at times you tend to help people when they ask you to and well I'd like to support you but until you get more active it'll have to neutral good luck to you in the future.
