[Survival] Monarch's Recruitment Thread! [NEW]

Preface:

Hello everyone! I am Feurin. This is a clan for the Survival server. We are a friendly community with limited places and we're willing to invite more people as time passes. We have many plans with this town, having features that you wouldn't usually see. We have a castle, which is our main theme, then houses/huts/things surrounding this medieval castle which is where the name 'Monarchs' comes from in our term. We're needing all kinds of ranks and people in this friendly town. This town we're making is total freedom, you can technically build your house, help others as-long as you abide by our selected rules.

Rules/Punishments:

We have simple and easy rules set aside for all players in this town to follow, there are also consequences to this if you don't follow them. If you follow these rules that we have set-out, we should have no problem with you and you should have alot of fun within this town that we've created.

1) No griefing any of our builds, paths without permission given by Alex and only Alex. Failure to following this rule will be a warning, double failure will result in a kick from the clan and never to be joining back.
2) No teleporting non-clan members to the town without permission. Failure to this will result in a warning, second time will be another warning then the final straw will be a kick from the clan.
3) Cursing, spamming, advertising, scamming or anything like that to our community members will result in a full on kick from the clan and not being able to join back again.
4) Arguing with any of our members will result in a warning, then a kick if continuing to fail this rule.
5) Follow all Mineverse set-out rules. Failure to this will result in 3 warnings then a final kick.
6) Putting people down by saying things to them about their builds will result in a kick without being able to join back as you're insulting our clan.
7) Regardless of the rank, you must have manners and show at-least the littlest of respect to them. Failure to follow this rule will be a warning and a possible kick depending on how much of the little respect you show.
8) Do not copy/steal people's houses or builds. There is no need for 2 of the same house as it won't look nice. There is not really a punishment for this besides a warning, then a second warning. If you don't take it down, refusing to follow our rules, will be a kick.

People's Powers:

What this means, is that people have power over certain people. For example, KingAlex can do pretty much whatever he wants to do and let's say, that a Town-Member cannot do.

On this thread, this is where you apply, and attempt to join the town, obviously you'll have to get accepted to join the town itself. What the people can do is this:

King: Do anything.
Queen: Able to accept people/kick people with KingAlex' permission.
Princes: Is allowed to invite and kick people.
Princess': Have the ability to accept people upon their applicant.
Head-Ranks: Able to accept people upon applying aswell as kick people.
