yo cypriot fix my storage

i cannot open my chests because i changed my name lol. please fix this @CypriotMerks @TannerLittle

 

Email [email protected] and explain the situation.

 

You could email [email protected] and wait for a long time with low chance of being helped, or you could fix the problem yourself, and this is how you do it.

1. Change your name back. But if you want to have your new name then do number 2

2. Change your name back, wait 30 days, unlock your chests, change your name to what you want, reclaim your chests under your new name

Well then send an email and wait a year for your problem to be fixed. Because they 99.9% of the time ignore emails about problems with an name changes. Unless it is something unusual with a name change like they lose their money

 

You can try emailing the support email or just reverting your name.
