I feel that there should be commands for this, instead of signs.
Let's say you join in the middle of a game, you can still execute the command rather than having to wait to understand how to play the game.

/info, /information, or something like that.

/rules is already a part of the Essentials plugin that Mineverse currently has installed on most of their servers.
They can easily edit the rules in a text file, I don't understand why that hasn't been done already.

 

As long as the information is updated then sure.
But there are already some signs in the lobby have nothing on them so those would need to be removed and It would look bad.
