Neutral. I'm really not disagreeing to this idea, I like it. But what if they started a flame war in the thread?

 

I believe they should make it so you can't post, but view it and rate it. Support.

I think it'd be nice for everyone to see how ban appeals are handled, and to see reports, but then again a lot more people would be given warning points because of posting in reports/ban appeals.
Overall, I support.

For those who didn't know, you are able to disable ratings in archives.

Btw~ You should change the title. The title makes it seem like you're talking about the actual reports and ban appeals. Might want to make it so it's only the archives of them.

No support. You left out some of the main reasons they were hidden. Ex: Protecting the reporter from hate or such.

 

He stated that on one of the pervious pages, I believe.
