Hey guys, I was just wondering if my build was a decent one, I plan to build it sometime in the summer. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9QLn4D
No point of liquid cooling, unless you're going to overclock your CPU. Also, don't buy an OS, there are easier to obtain them, if you know how to "legally" get them. ;)
Decent build I would have stayed away from the 8-core as doing some research its quirky. The liquid cooling is not needed as stated above you only need it for overclocking which depending on your case you may have enough air flow to not need it. I'm confused as why you have a hdd and then solid state of such a large size. The solid state could be used to boot the os which would make it boot almost instantly. When your doing two large drives it can become easily confusing on where your files are at. I personally love windows 8, but for a gaming build i would do windows 7(for the compatibility reasons)then reserve your slot for windows 10. Upgrade the ram. For an 8 core processor your not going to get the full experience when its technically 1 gb per core. The graphics are good.
For that price range you could have built a better one. Also, this is just my opinion, I think Intel processors are a bit better. However AMD is good to ;p
Compatibility issues. BIOS would need to be updated, if you do create this build. Overall, I think it's a decent build and will get the job done for the money you are spending. Try staying away from AMD, though. You can also buy a Windows 8 key from www.g2a.com for less amount of cash.
