In a formal piece of writing or typing, you are not allowed to use contractions. So people can choose whether or not to use a contraction in a regular statement, and there is nothing wrong if they chose not to.

I often have to go afk to handle something on the forums while I'm ingame. When ever I am afk you take over and warn everyone who breaks the rules and you enforce them. I dont always pay attention to chat, but you do and you're there to help me out. I love and enjoy it. Helps me out alot. You have taught me alot about your past and what not to do as a mod. Support. You suit the position.

I don't know if I should support this due to summer only being 2 months long... If you do get promoted how do I know you won't resign or be active because of school?
