God rank missing after name change+ possible legal actions.

• My purchased rank is/was: God
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I lost the rank and alll of my workings on all servers after my name change. This is a problem that is server-side, and there is nothing I can do to fix it. It treats my account as a new default player. I have purchased this rank, and have no reason for it to be revoked. I sent numerous emails to support, week after week. And guess what? No reply. I'm entitled to my goods, and I know for a fact that every minecraft account has a personalized id that comes along with it to prevent these mishaps. It is in fact the server's fault for this problem, and if I don't have my rank and other workings back on the server, I will not hesitate to bring in legal action. Revoking a purchased item is unlawful and sloppy, and could easily be brought up in court.

That is very sloppy for the server to do. Don't say that it "may" take up to 7 days when it's been well over that for what it seems all players. I have the right to take legal action against these unlawful acts. I payed money for goods, I should receive and keep the goods unless agreed otherwise.

Well, I'm sorry for your loss but you have to be patient. You can't take legal action against this.

 

Those terms and conditions were sloppily put together, I already presented them to a local lawyer and he said that even though it states I can't take legal action, that's unconstitutional in the U.S. due to taking away my rights. You can't just state that I agree with and accept all further conditions because that's unlawful and unconstitutional also. Those terms and conditions are big crocks of (something) and are completely b.s.

 

Well then, leave this thread up and hopefully one of the owners will see it. Threatening to take legal action won't accomplish anything. It's not like you have been purposely scammed. It's just a buycraft glitch.
