About me: My name is DJ and I am currently 15 years old and have been playing Minecraft for 3 years and Mineverse specifically for two and a half years. I have passed experience being a member of staff on numerous servers, my favorite game mode of Minecraft is Factions and so that particular mode is what a spend most of my time playing. Outside of my room I take part in sport which includes Football, athletics, tennis and cricket and a few others, I enjoy playing games with friends on my computer and have skype and TeamSpeak. Why I should be a Moderator. I believe that I should be chosen to be a moderator on factions because I believe that I can help the server become even more popular with a great community that helps and supports each other, I will achieve this by eliminating any rule breakers and muting disrespectful players. I believe that Mineverse factions can become one of the most popular factions servers there are, all it needs is a few more active staff to keep the server running smoothly with minimal faults. I also have great knowledge of factions and know every command there is for factions and essentials. I am also acquainted with hackers and so can spot the signs that the player is hacking. I am also frequently online from 3 O'clock London time to about 10 O'clock with small breaks in between usually lasting about 30 minutes. I believe I can help people quickly and efficiently so I am able to answer as many questions as I can in a small amount of time. I am also not self indulged and so will not bend the rules to my advantage by that I mean not banning certain people because I like them or tp'ing to people without their permission. I also have fraps so I am able to record and rule breakers for evidence that can be used to support my course of action. I am a calm person and will not get frustrated with players when talking to them, I also know the community extremely well and so I believe that I can support it to the fullest. Patience I am very patient and so will not become annoyed with a player if they are not getting their point across clearly or if they do not understand what I am saying, I would simply approach them in different ways until they understood and their question solved. My Qualifications Helping - I will lend a hand to any player in need of it, and will try my hardest to resolve any issue that my occur and solve any questions that a player may have. Because I have a extensive knowledge of the commands and rules I believe I can be very helpful to the players. Crammer - It is uncommon that I should form my sentences incorrectly and so I believe I can get the answer to a question across to the player that asked it clearly and effectively. With this I should be able to resolve situations quickly so I am then able to move on to other people and answer their questions. AFK - I rarely go AFK for more than a minute because I do not leave my laptop on when I am not there, I also have a duel screen and so do not need to go AFK to look on the forums because I can simply look left and read any posts. Maturity - I am a mature and not arrogant person and so will admit when I am wrong and will be modest when I am correct. I will not let my personal opinions of a player cloud my judgement on them. So if a person that I personally do not appreciate was banned and made an appeal I would treat them the exact same way as any other player that was banned. I am also not afraid to ban friends if there actions were worthy of a ban they would be treated the same also. Knowledge - I know a vast amount about factions and server commands and so can instantly supply a player with the command they are looking for to resolve their problem. I can also answer any question on or off of forums. I believe that I can also apply a level of depth to help the person understand the command they are typing not just the effect it has. Spotting Hackers I have been in contact with many hackers in my time playing Minecraft and so have become acquainted with the signs that each hack shows. This allows hackers be caught swiftly and removed from the game. I will also be able to tell if players are hacking from evidence in reports and so will be able to deal with the player accordingly. Recording Hackers I own a recording software called fraps which allows me to record my Minecraft and so record a player breaking the rules to be used as evidence against them. Friendly I am not mean to any player in or out of game and always keep a level of up most respect for each individual that comes on. I also help any new factions players get on their feet my informing them on how to create a faction and pointing them in the right direction to get out of spawn. My Moderator Experience I have had experience on being a member of staff on different server which include: - TheLand - Admin (Closed) - Konerale - Factions Co-Owner (Open) - DimensionPvP - Owner (Closed) - PixelCraft - Admin (Unknown) all of the servers listed above are factions servers and so I know how to handle different situations and I also know how frustration it is having hackers or glitchers ruin your server and so will do everything I can to stop that. Why Factions? I chose Factions as my game mode because simply; it is the game mode I know most about and have the most fun playing and love the way the game works and the community that is created by it. No support, you recently just came back to Factions, first of all. You have a bad reputation with DDoSing and such, hacking players account and all of that skid stuff.
Not to sound disrespectful but that is a complete LIE I have never ddosed in my life and have NEVER hacked an account. I know were this information is coming from because we got a member to betray and he was so trusted that the faction just assumed that we hacked him with the fact actually being that we were better friends with him and so got him to betray.
Even if what you're saying is the truth, betraying? I don't understand how you can be trustworthy for a server when you can't even trust your own friends.
It was not me that betrayed and that is part of factions as a game mode, that is a way of taking down a rival. And I can trust my own friends because I have never been betrayed.
