How will the Pvp happen? As in, will there be swords and armour? Will it be only fists no armour? How do you know the potions will all be fair?

I don't play kit pvp, so if i were to enter and it is "Bring your own Gear", it would be unfair. So i was just wondering how this would happen before I officially enter.
