what time zone is prison in?

i was waiting for a plot to end at 14:15 but it never ended when it hit that time for me is it because im in a different time zone or what?

I don't really know but the cells & new plots count from 1 to 24 hours which is not US time, that's how we count in my country.

Also right click the sign of the plot it says how much money is left on the cell so if the money is close to zero it means It's gonna run out soon.

and yeah i understand how the time works if its 14:15 its 2:15 my time
