I'm just wondering how many Moderators are there for this server? Why is it that there are no answers to paying customers, when it comes down to accusations? Is there anyone that is responsible, that can actually answer questions, without being scared to answer them and stopping threads? I'm trying to understand this server.

Elrich, I didn't scam you. I fixed your pickaxe for you, and I threw it to you, and Isaac_coolguy enderpearled in and took the pickaxe. I don't scam people for pickaxes. I make pickaxes and had no reason to scam you for your pickaxe. This is crazy! I have been banned for almost two months because of your partial conversation that you posted. You know I said more than what you posted. You are absolutely mean to me in what you have done. But when I do figure out how to open my gzfiles, I will show that I did fix your pickaxe for you, and that guy which you said, was a friend of mine, and it was the oldest trick in the book, had nothing to do with me. You're wrong Elrich. You should be ashamed for your accusations against me. You wrote me for help to fix your pickaxe. I did not solicit you to fix your pickaxe. I was trying to help. I'm so upset with you, because of what you have done. It's completely unfair.

Patience is a virtue that I cannot stress enough when dealing with this server; if you can't be patient you shouldn't bother. Many of the moderators the admins select are often on the younger side of the age spectrum and are most likely dealing with school exams, extracurricular spring activities, or family vacations (of which many don't have a say in).

All that is required is one ban appeal, that's it. Lashing out at both the player who brought forth their evidence and the mod who is to handle your appeal in a mass number of threads is never going to help, only harm. You will never have the issue corrected outside of an appeal. This is something that happened multiple months ago and yet you hold some faint passive-like grudge.

Tigr is still a builder and I see her often on Survival.

The answer is not specifying directly to any situations, it's basic. The owner can technically do what ever he wants with his server. So there is no need to be sorry, be aware.

1. She will stop making threads after you stop locking them, if you keep locking them then she will just make new ones, simple?
2. Banning her over a month for a pickaxe is the new low and frankly I dont believe that the pickaxe was the reason she was banned.
3. Patience is a virtue, I'll agree to that but that doesn't mean that you should wait until you die of old age.
4. The majority of the people who run this server are not considered responsible in any developed country according to the current laws to make their own choices, yet here they are trusted with the responsibility of running a server, chaos is inevitable.
5. The rules apply for everyone or for none and that includes the owners. The transactions on the shop of this server since money are involved fall under Sale of Goods Act 1979 and both parties are required to uphold the contract or charges can be pressed. No you dont get to do whatever you like because it is your server when you have customers paying you.
6. Every person who replied to her with derogatory terms should be banned from the forums. If I were you eaenki I would report each one who talked to you in a disrespectful manner but don't expect much to happen since the reports are going to be handled by the buddies of those who mistreat you.
