tbh I think cyp knows the problem at hand quite well from the recent promotions he's trying to promote the most people he can without totally over doing it along with the best people for the job. My point is if too many people get promoted at the same time then chaos will take place being false bans, abuse ect. We just have to wait for a good promotion when the new moderators chosen do their job and enjoy it enough to moderate for a long time some examples are the global moderators still helping the server.
I know there will be a lot of people out there who would love to be mod and would do their job and enjoy it and do it for a long time. But sadly, not many people will get that opportunity?
Yeah, if you act responsible and nice ingame and on forums and have a long detailed app, it will just take time before people get promoted. It still happens that people have good apps and are nice and act great, but never get the opportunity.
