hi i donated a few days ago and didnt get my rank i posted something on the forums and u guys told me to write an email and thats what i did but with no response please help me SPAANSExPEPER

 

What proof did you have? Because support gets a lot of emails, so it may take some time. But it could also be that you didn't provided enough evidence.

 

Did you email [email protected] with proof that you bought the rank?

 

yea i did

 

i sended like 3 emails.. with payment proof

 

Did you also say your old name and new name?

 

it can take up to 3 days for a respons.
they get a lod of emails ;)
but good luck getting your rank ;)

He just has to send the proof in the email, we don't need to see it.

 

I sended like 20 mails already with no reply, and i contacted payment2000 and they aren't replying as wel, ima try to sent ANOTHER email then :/ with ign, paymentproof, situation.. like the 20 other mails :s

 

i'm a bit worried you know its like more then a month ago :s
