    Nice catch!
    For those who didn't see it, look at around 20 seconds in.

    If he wasn't using kill aura, he wouldn't have randomly snapped around and slapped that guy. He would have just focused on you.

    Notice how quickly his head snaps, and how rapidly he is hitting the other guy when he is knocked back.
