If you change your name, would you lose your rank on op prison? I don't want to get all the way up to O again. MOD please answer please

As far as I know Minecraft has fixed that problem. I am 99% sure that it is safe. What would you change it too?

 

not my ViP rank, like my ign rank thing. I didn't purchase "O" . not the purchased rank. The one you unlock in OP prison.

I am pretty sure you will not lose your in game rank.

 

No you will not lose your rank, but you may lose permissions to your plot, so be careful.

 

Things that will happen on OP Prison when you change your in game name are listed below:

-Will lose access to your plot and any shop chests under your old name


Things that will NOT happen on OP Prison when you change your in game name are listed below:

-Lose you donor rank
-Lose you in game rank (warp rank)
-Lose you're regular chests on your plot (Even though you will not have control of your plot, you can still access your chests that do not have a shop sign on them)


Just in case, make sure to get screenshots of everything or make a video of everything just in case of the rare chance that you do lose some stuff.

 

As Scorvix said above, you will not lose your rank (which was the answer to the question).
