Brad, you still have to make an appeal to be unbanned. I've personally had an unfair ban, but for them to log it, you need to make an appeal. Ask any mod about unfair banning. They will tell you to make an appeal.

Also, if you did get banned, this mod will have evidence. If this mod doesn't have evidence...You will have to sort something out.
