zDDoSed got banned for insulting lion, If xSoulHero wasn't friends with him he wouldn't of been banned therefore he is being bias.

 

Explain that to Agent. Not me :P

 

I find this quite funny..
As this thread is created right after I deny one of your appeals.
The decision was not just made by me, it was also made by a fellow staff member.
I do not want to bring the ban appeal into a public conversation, as it maybe considered leaking.
Also me being friends with a user doesn't make someone automatically biased.
I actually want you to define the word "biased".
As you clearly don't understand what the word really means.

Also Elric, I am positive that zDdosed hasn't told you the truth.
As you are only going off what he said, which is completely false.
He said he was banned for insulting someone right?
Guess what, he was banned for threatening to get a user swatted.
Not sure how he gets confused with the words threatening and insulting.
Pretty sure he also told you that I keep denying his appeals?
As I said earlier the decision wasn't just made by me.
He has had many chances, and he blows it every time he gets an unban.
Also I am learning new stuff everyday, just like people do everyday at school.
Just as rules and regulations can change through out time.

A word to IAFF/PenguinPvPHD/zDdosed or anything you'd like to be referred as.
I don't understand why you keep making the same mistakes over and over again.
Believe me, I had a hard time thinking if you actually deserve another chance.
As I've thought long and hard about accepting you or not.
But you are showing me you that you can't change.
As you keep repeating the same offenses, over and over again.
I just want you to understand that, appealing every time won't achieve an unban every time you make one.
If that were to happen.. why even appeal?
It's as if none of those bans actually hit you in the head, because quite frankly you have not learned your lesson.
Appealing is to ensure that the user is sincere and thought long hard about their actions.

I actually want to know how I am being biased.
Do I treat him any different? No I am not, but if you strongly disagree, evidence would really help you on your case.
I'm only here to moderate the assigned gamemodes, not treat any other players differently.
You say I know him in real life, when clearly that is false.
Let me tell you the story;
I've known him since the 1.6.4 update. We used to play a towny server or shall you call it a PvE server.
But after months of playing, the server crashed and data was lost.
Lion lost his $150 dollar rank, and the owner refused to give the rank back.
He would cuss out the owner and what not, and asked for his rank.
It was not possible for him to get his rank back, so he quit the server and came back 3 months later advertising Mineverse on chat. He gets banned, comes back on alts, and keeps up the spam of advertisement.
From that day, I gave a new server a shot, and it became home to me.
The community was wonderful, and so was everything. It was perfect.



Regarding the evidence, I will have to ask the staff team if I can post the proof here. Just so I know it isn't considered leaking or anything.

From what I see here there was a simple misunderstanding and there is no longer a need for this thread.

I didn't exactly used to like @xSoulHero, but now that i see he is a brilliant mod. Reasons? He catches the hardest hacks to detect and has banned them. On my reports other mods deny my reports but @xSoulHero looks in depth and finds hacks. Plus as @xSoulHero stated previously, he did have the right and the reason to ban him because of the threats so i don't see any problem here.

 

Fryzigg was not a good mod, he/she banned me for "hacks" but the next day i had to make a ban appeal. I got unbanned because it was a false ban and because i didn't have anything that showed hacks. Just want to say that @fryzigg bans people without looking in-depth. Not trying to be rude just stating the events.

 

Just because you've had a personal experience with a mod that happened to be an incorrect ban does not make them a bad mod.

Although with that said, I have not seen much of Fryzigg recently, at least not as much as I used to.

 

I don't see how showing evidence of an infraction is leaking staff information. You own the recordings/images, you should have a say in whether to upload them to this thread, or in a personal conversation with the player you banned, Soul.

The other staff members are not involved in this, nor should they be. This is a simple ban argument between you and zDDoSed that has turned into wildfire.

I suggest that you both, Soul and zDDoS should calm down and discus this issue in a private ban appeal.
