Hey guys, I need some help :c

I've been doing my kits on Skyblock for a few months now and selling the items off cheaply, and I finally hit 165k. Today, I wanted a rank upgrade on my alt, and I got Kriziarawr to do it for me. Now, she didn't scam me. I want to make that clear.

Her balance was 860k ish, and I was paying her 165k. Now, that would put her balance over 1mil. Here's the message I got when I paid:

I lost my 165k but she didn't get any of it. She was upgrading my alt to MVP.

Can I please get my 165k back and if possible can the bal limit be removed or this be fixed? :s

 

How about taking out the balance limit? It honestly would be better.

I also just lost 250k on Skyblock from this glitch. Can I get an update also? I can provide screenshots if necessary. I miss my 250k ;-;

 

Please help, if possible I'd like my 165k back but if it isn't possible I'd still like this to be fixed! It'd be quite easy to fix.
