This would be more appropriate made by a staff member, also, not even a single staff member could keep up. I suggest you just leave people be and let them make their own separate threads so that things get dealt with better.
I will help lessen the staff member/s work. I really would want to not do this but I would really want to help the staff..
Its nice that you have a good heart to help lessen the moderators work, but I'm sure the moderators can handle it or else why would Cyp promote them if they couldn't deal with things like this?
I like how you are helping. Keep it up man, people like you make Mineverse a better place, moderator or not.
It doesn't matter who makes it, I have been here for over a year and a half and I know things some mods don't know. Some mods know stuff I don't know. It honestly has no effect on if its a staff member or not. I help people in game all the time when there are no moderators, is that so bad? No because the mods don't need to be flooded with questions when they enter a game mode.
Why not just delete the help section then? Ignore the support emails? Sounds good if players can handle it all.
Did I say players handle it all? No, but it's good that players help to lessen stress on staff. The support email is for tech support regarding donations/chest shops/infection levels/etc. The help section should not be flooded with questions a member can answer, also if you haven't noticed the help section is answered a lot by MEMBERS, not always just staff.
And @Unidentified I truly admire the fact that you are willing to do this for the players. Fills me with joy when players go to great extents for the server.
