      My ingame name is ninjak98 (formally known as chaozninja98) and i bought the sponsor rank a year ago. But it has disappeared and i cant use the rank now.

      The records on my card erased it and i cant find my name in the donation list. And also i had trouble before with the rank and put it on a thread but can't find it.
