So I'm suggesting to allow us to place dispensers in these 2 servers.

Although it'd be great to have this item, it is impossible to re implement it with the duplication glitch still being visible for use.

About 6 months back, me and @Shonal found out a way to use the dispensers to recreate the duplication glitch although it'd just ruin the game-modes again.

 

Well that sucks, is there no way to fix the issue with plugins? I'm sure someone out there has found a way to block the duplication functionality.

 

pretty sure since the server updated to 1.8 the duping glitch is gone

 

Tested it in my 1.8.3 world and it still works :/

Yeah this wont happen until Mojang patches the glitch.
