∆ [UK] Flare's Re-Moderator Application ∆ [Prison] [Locked on request]

Hello, I just would like to start by saying, Cypriot gave me a wonderful opportunity and I completely blew it. Totally. After that day, I realised what a huge mistake I had made and how much people I let down... I've took a long time to find out what I can do and how I can change, and yes; I have learnt from my mistakes. Big mistakes. I tried to go away but I came on and people on prison just cheered me up, hugely. Also Kitkat, saying lovely things to me, I couldn't go away. I came rushing back, and started playing again.

This community is huge and loving. That's the forums I like, I would really like to do what I love. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't dare creative an application but YOU GUYS, are AMAZING. So here I am, applying.

How old are you?

Yes before I start, I have lied multiple times about my age as I felt uncomfortable but here I am, feeling like this is a second family. Currently I am 13 years of age.

I am called currently flare_snuggles, I am looking at changing it one day; but for now, I am keeping my name.

What timezone are you in?

I am English, and I am in GMT.

What country do you live in?

As stated above, I am English, and Come from the U.K.

What languages do you speak?

I speak English (Obversely), I speak nearly fluently Spanish, I also speak French and a little bit of German.

Why do you think you should become a mod?

I think I should be promoted as prison has only 2 guards online nearly everywhere. Yes 2. @xxxvan and @tin15cro. Prison is filled with people with diamonds swords, contra-weapons, advertising and a load more! I feel if Im promoted, prison can become a better place, as I know all the rules in the prison and know what is needed and not.

Here are a few things I feel that are needed for a Guard.

Fair:

To me, I do not treat one person against anther one. I am not biased, if someone has broken the rules, they get the same punishment that everyone else has got. I take fairness seriously. My friend? Yes, they get the same punishment. My brother? Yes, he also gets the same punishment. My enemy? Yes, he gets the same punishment, however I don't give a bigger punishment to them than to my friend.

Caring:

Caring. Yes, this is a key. I respect everyone and care for them, even if I dislike them. Every time someone new comes online, I welcome them! I try and give a happy new entrance to everywhere, trying to make them feel part of this loving community.
Knowing what hacking is:

Yes, I have got 1 or 2 reports wrong, by not knowing what is "hacking" and legit pvping. I know exactly when someone is using a hacked client to cheat the game, or somewhere who just has a lot of swag.
I am always prepared and ready for anything to happen, I am there on the spot, if someone wants me to help them record a scammer, sure. If someone turns on hacks, I am able to record really quickly to get him recorded/screenshot.

Active/Aware:

I am active, as I am active a lot, I can help any player for a long time span, including people who have a different time zone. When I type /afk, I say I'm afk, however I try to always be near the keyboard. I always look at the chat, even if I am helping someone.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?

I cannot state a time from time span within every day, however, I am normally on for over 4 hours a day, to 6. (Which is a lot :p)

How long have you been playing Mineverse?

Currently 1 year and around 2 months

Have you ever been banned in the past?

Yes, once. I was banned for "Extreme Harassment", however after that ban, it taught me nearly everything. I am dearly sorry for what I said to that certain person and I hope he still forgives me.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?

Yes, I was a moderator (Global) on Mineverse, for nearly a month and then was demoted. As most people, I have been a higher rank on small servers (With around 5-10 people online) which I could learn the basic commands and how the job works.

Which two servers would you like to moderate? (Recommended pick the two servers you play the most)

I don't think this is allowed as I haven't seen anyone else do this, however I feel I struggled to handle multiple servers although if I could be just a Moderator for prison (also known as Guard rank), I think I can concentrate more on that one server.

I would like to be just a prison guard.

I suggest you be a little bit more active (forums wise.) I don't play MC anymore, so I wouldn't know about the in-game stuff.

I remember being in creative in my nub times and there were people spamming and using caps, and I was literally begging you to do something. You just ignored me and left without a reply.. A couple days later, you got demoted.

You lied about your age and so many other things.

I didn't read the application, I'm just gonna ask you this. What is up with that poll? If you want a poll, have "Yes, maybe, no" as answers. If someone doesn't want you to be a moderator/guard doesn't mean they want you to go and die in a hole..

I do understand a lot, however as Ive stated above, I have lied about my age a lot and I'm sorry and making it clear.

I do understand completely however I did state above, I found it difficult do moderate globally and that's why I wanted not even two servers but one. This is so I can be more active, also that was in the past, and Im truly sorry for not replying to you. That was my mistake, however I am more active a lot, and as I only need to do reports on a single server, it means I can do a lot more.

Um, no, if you're only mod on one server, you're barely gonna get any reports left for you. Trust me I know.
