There is an actual place where you should post your moderator application, it's rather easy to find if you have a spare minute.
It's in the "Forums" tab, then into the "Moderator Applications" tab.

 

Hello CypriotMerks, My character's name is ReignOfire. I have run into a problem with being falsely accused by another player. First off, I have never done this before, and don't know how to get ahold of the Moderator, Fryz, to dispute this false accusation. I have been playing Minecraft on this server since January of this year. I purchased my god rank, to donate to the server. I have also donated for other members, so they could have ranks. The situation is this; I was on Mineverse factions 1, and was personally messaged by this player EIrich. He asked me if I would fix his pickaxe for him. He told me he would pay me 2k for fixing it, I agreed and told him to meet me at spawn.

So because of other people that were around, he ran off to the side then threw me the pickaxe. I received the axe and was proceeding to fix it, when this guy called, Isaac_coolguy, or something like that, kept walking around us. I ended up moving away from him, and EIrich followed. The guy Isaac cool guy ended up coming around again, and so I waited to throw his axe back to him, because of the player standing there. Eventually Isaac_coolguy went away. EIrich was asking me for his pickaxe, I told him to pay me, and he said he already did, so, I threw him his pickaxe. As soon as I threw his pickaxe to him, Isaac cool guy enderpearled in between us, and took the pickaxe from EIrich off of the ground, and then EIrich starts accusing me of scamming him, and that this total stranger was my friend , and that we were doing this together to scam him. I explained to him, that I didn't know him and that he enderpearled in and took his pickaxe, yet he persisted in telling me that I was a scammer, when I have never scammed anyone on this game, ever! He said that this was the oldest trick in the book. I tried to explain to him to no avail. EIrich said he was going to report me for scamming, which is why I am here. So last night, people were coming into my base including EIrich. My faction was 23 members strong, and they were having a hard time, taking over my awesome city. EIrich had died multiple times in my underground potion area, and then next thing I know, I was banned, and my Faction was destroyed because of this false ban. I don't know what to do, because I have never dealt with anything like this before. I don't know how to get in touch with anyone, because I'm new here, and I value my reputation, because I am an adult, and have ethics. This is why my member's love me, because I show honor, integrity, loyalty and trustworthiness, and they would all vouch for me. Plus, I paid for my rank to support. Mineverse. It wasn't given to me. Could You please get back to me? I would very much appreciate it.
