This was more of a "last straw" sort of thing. She had been reported and warned already a few times. I wish Panda was still mod too, but things happen and she'll be happier now.
In all honesty I don't blame her as much as I do the lack of guidance these staff are given. Had she had better models to follow and a set guideline of rules/punishments in place she along with many of these mods wouldn't be in this predicament.
As for this thread I think it should be locked as the owner did reply to the kid. No reason to keep these things open. Especially in consideration to the sesitivity of Panda's demotion.

There are not many global Moderators left and some of the game modes have only one mod for them (excluding the global mods)

And like Noobcrew said, they are working on getting more mods. But remember they can't just hire anyone, they must find the people who are suited for the job and who will not let the server down. I think the recent mods they have picked are good choices.

Just be patient, mods can't be on 24/7, they also have:

• Sleep (6-10 hours)
• School/Job (6-12 hours)
• And I'm pretty sure they would like to have some fun with friends or family in real life (1-3 hours)

Now just remember that a day only has 24 hours, and that there are time zones. You might be on while the mod is sleeping, or vice versa.

Okay! Let me drop out of high-school and quit my job. Sinse I'm supposed to be on 24/7. :I

 

My school starts at 8:15am and ends at 2:15pm. There is badminton practise at 7:00am, football practise starts after school and goes to 5:00pm. Basketball starts at 8:00pm and goes to 9:30pm.

These are just examples, I'm not in all of these sports.

no Moderator in any damn server like kitpvp, survival,etc. - I am on Survival right now. I might have been inactive last week, sure, but my midterms kept me limited to the forums only. Also, may I remind you we have a Report section?

A moderator can't sacrifice their entire day helping Mineverse. We have our regular lives too. Melgrath for example has a job. He's out working, and at the same time he tries to assist on the forum website. We try our best, but we can't be perfect. Think before you write another thread like this.

From this message it is clear you don't know hard we work to keep this server active, and help the players however we can. (most) Staff Members don't spend their day behind a Pc. It isn't our job to sit behind a computer 24/7.

I'm going to lock this thread before a flame war escalates.
