So, I'm looking around the forums, and I see someone who's profile pic is the word "BANNED" in red lettering. I have seen this several times. Are they banned, or are they just playing tricks? Please respond with the poll. Thanks!;)

 

Both actually. Usually they're banned, however, some use it to troll people.
