Why does he think he should become a Moderator? Is this comment actually being serious right now? The fact that he was a Moderator before and didn't even really get demoted for a legitimate reason in my eyes he should honestly still be a Moderator, the fact that he also put in enough effort to re-apply with a good application shows that he will put the effort back into showing the community he is worthy of the position again, so if you want a reason as to why he should become a Moderator why don't you open your eyes a bit.
