How old are you? I am 13 but I am very mature for my age and am perfectly able to handle a situation with maturity.

Why do you think you should become a mod? I personally think that I should become a mod because I love Mineverse as it is my favorite server and I only want to make it better. I do not think I am the perfect moderator or ever will be but I personally think I am an OK moderator at hand. If I do not get moderator I am ok with that as it was a good try and I only want to see my favorite server become the best as it can be. I only want to help it become the best and that is why I wish to become moderator.

How long can you be active on the server everyday? It depends on if I have homework or not, chores, etc.

How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have played Mineverse for over a year now because it is my favorite Minecraft server.

Have you ever been banned in the past? I was just banned recently for a claim that I could hack that was meant to stop a guy from messing with me.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? No, but I do know what to do as a moderator.

Which two servers would you like to moderate? I wish to moderate Factions and OpFactions.

Decent app, could use more detail. I would add more reasons that you should become a Mod. Also, saying that you're "very mature for my age" is irrelevant. Cyp will decide your level of maturity based on your application.
