I lost my rank?

Hey!
So a few days ago I upgraded from the rank premium to sponsor costing me $5 USD. Today, I log back in to Mineverse only to find I've been downgraded back to premium? I don't know why this happened, I feel like I was scammed out of my money! Please fix this. I'm not very happy with not getting my money's worth. :(

What do you mean proof? Sorry, I just don't know what to send them as proof.
