I think you did loosely follow the format, but how about putting the questions in as well and perhaps having different sections for each question would be a good idea, just to make it more easily navigable and manageable. In case you needed it still, here's the format, which must be used:

Why do you think you should become a mod?


I think I should be mod because I am nice, I am eager to help people who needs help, but I also make sure that mineverse is hacker free and no matter who they are I would let them know that this is a hack-free server. I also have some great idea's on how to make this server better. I hope you accept me.


How long can you be active on the server everyday?

At least 3-4 Hours on the weekdays and 5-6 on weekends


How long have you been playing Mineverse?

I've been playing Mineverse for 4 years but started using the forum a few days ago. I have looked at forum but never signed up.


Do you have any past experience as a moderator?


Yes, I was mod on my friends server dreamland when he was just starting and made it a pretty good server and I would like to do the same to yours

Why didn't you just post the mod application in as your thread & not as a reply?

 

Cause my first mod form was wrong so i changed the message and made a new one
