I honestly dont know yet, I'll give you some positives and negatives.

Positives: You have a nice organized applicant.
Very nice to players / users.
Handle feedback well and keep it mature.

Negatives: I dont see you on most of the time.
Not very active on forums.
Commenting on numerous of applications asking to check out yours, which is advertising.

I am currently a bit inactive in-game as I got my laptop taken away.
I am on the forums everyday, so I'm afraid I must disagree with you.

Upon your request, I have written down some positive and negative aspects regarding your application.

My first impression was very suprised on your simple yet straight to the point answers which in my opinion, has both positive and negative results on your application. For instance:
What is your time zone?
UTC UTC What? -10000?
You were also very creative on writing out your own questions which could only bennefit your application. A moderator isn't a robot but a human and we don't always follow a direct format when it comes to warning someone. (such as level 1 infractions which involve; /kick /tempban) A moderator must sometimes think of their own action regardless of their personal feelings.

I noticed your ''about me'' section which honestly drew my attention away from the application itself. Perhaps you should post a link to your introduction. Again, this is just a suggestion.

Your ''traits'' could use some detail such as an example of how became such a mature person, or describe why you're ''fun'' as this would be great to learn more about you.

Now for the applicant himself who is a very helpful person. I enjoy to watch his behavior on the forums but would like to see you more active. (Such as participation in forum games/discussion threads/etcetera)
