New Account Transfer [Resolved]

I have a new account from Jabuscus100 to Jabuscus100GAMES. I could have get my stuff on my Jabuscus100GAMES account.

Can I transfer all of my stuff from Jabuscus100 to Jabuscus100GAMES?
Oh and also used username changing.
