Hello, It's me LegendaryMuffinz ( My old in game name in Minecraft ). I just recently used the new name changer update that had come out this February 4th. So, I had decided to change my name to "LegendaryCookie". I went on Mineverse to tell my friends, until I figured out that I had not seen my rank. I had spent at least $100 on my rank packages, and was kind un easy and thought it was some kind of glitch or something. Until I found I only have my God rank on Creative, but with no perks. I will attach some photos to prove that I have God, I even have my enderman pet from my God package still intact. Here are the attachments:
Administrators are the only ones that can do this while moderators can inform. Take contact to @CypriotMerks or @Noobcrew (click either names and then 'Start a conversation) and type about your lost rank. Name the conversation something like "Lost donor rank" as it must contain the issue. It might take a while due to both being busy.
