i do kits there so there you can see my old account and then i made a video on my new name name on that video is new account if you want more proof look in description on new account there you have proff 1 more thing i was elite.

 

Did the server not update to recognize UUIDs yet? If so, that's the reason why it is treating name changes as new players...

"If I ban someone on my server, and they change their username, do they stay banned?
Yes, and the same is true for whitelisted or OP'd players. Everything stays the same because the system is using your profile's unique ID instead of the username."

A few months ago, Mojang released an update that added the use of UUIDs in preparation of name changes in the near future at the time. A UUID is a random string given to every player to identify them. These ID codes does not change when the player's username is changed thus making them an easy way to allow for name changes and still keep everyone's data the same as long as the plugins a server is using know to look at UUIDs and not usernames.

What I think happened is the owners have not updated the server to look at UUIDs instead of usernames. This is just a speculation on what may be possibly happening and I hope everyone gets their rank fixed.

If thats the case then gg mineverse has just lost a lot of players.

 

i never even changed my name but my /bal has been reset on kitpvp and oppvp :(

2 of our biggest competitors are working perfectly fine. Why are we the only ones not working? I've tried many other servers, even small ones, I retained all my stuff there. So no, your point is invalid, it is not a mojang glitch, it is yet another in the plethora of mineverse problems.

My orignal name was NuggetMonkey9000 and then I changed my name to WaffleMonkey and I lost my rank commander and 1000$ ingame money and 4 sets of protection 3 with sharpness V knock back 2 fire asepct 2 swords and 2 golden apples 64 bottles of xp and 1 set of protection 4 set with power V bow.

I don't have screenshots of it but But I can proof that NuggetMonkey9000 is me I have screenshots of other servers

I lost all that due to me changing my name.
