No, buycraft doesn't have control over this. Mineverse doesn't do refunds if you want to try to get your money back attemp to chargeback.
You accepted these conditions and i'll tell you probably these conditions, If you get a refund you'll never be able to get a rank again, Should've thought before you bought it any way. If you pay some one ingame items/ cash for a rank, you could then refund it for money.
Email [email protected] Provide in the email the transaction id's and the most proof that you brought MVP.. Also provide information that why you need the refund.. However, in the future you will not be able to purchase anymore ranks on mineverse.com... so if this is really needed and needed to be refunded you have to do it for your Dad, i suppose so goodluck...
I am not a Mini-Mod Person i am sick of you people making out that i am some extreme Mini-Mod Player... But i am not and i am sick of the hate that i am getting when i do not even run anything anymore on Minecraft.exe since my Minecraft crashes all the time i am only running Texture Pack with Optifine so i am not a Mini-Mod Person so get out of here. !
