/votekick or /votemute On servers

So I've got this idea on a server on garry's mod you can do commands to vote if a player should be kicked or not everyone will vote if all say yes he gets Mute,kicked ect... so maybe players Supreme-Titan can get commands to see if a player gets Mute,kicked ect... because hes doing something annoying,racist ect... or just needs to be kicked so If there is a player doing something that players don't like Supreme-Titan can get command /votekick or /votemute on server why no /voteban? because thats the mods job. anyway once someone does /votekick or /voteban there will be 2 boxes that will be showed up on the players box Like this (Mute (players name) [Yes] or [No]) the same plugin will be like when you do /vote you can click on the Url same thing you get to click on this yes or no.
