Hello, my name is Aidan.
Introduction:
I am an enthusiastic member of Mineverse, I would like to think of myself as a mature person and would be very exited to be a moderator on Mineverse. I am 13 years old turning 14 and with past experience I think I just might be able to meet the standards expected from moderators on Mineverse. I try my best not to 'cut corners' on the jobs that I have been given, apart from that I am part of a skilled building team, most commonly known as DestoBuilds. I feel like I have other skills which may come in use which I will discuss later in in my Application. I can understand things from another persons point of view so I can understand some of the problems and how annoying it can be and try to help them however I can.

Some things I don't like to see in-game are: Hacking, Racism or Rude Language, Spam, Advertising, lack of respect to other players. I have spoken to many other mods and asked what is needed to be a mod. From what I have heard I think I will make a great Mod and be able to work and co-operate well with he rest of the Mineverse staff team. Some of my other random skills include GFX, Web Design and Building. In my time as Mod I hope to create many additional 'gifts' for Mineverse which Will include videos, banners, maps and More .

More about myself:
I live in Central London in the United Kingdom, I love coding, table tennis, mathematics and old fashioned English literature. I have a pet guinea pig which I have had since I was six years old. I treat him nicely and with attention just like I plan to treat the players on Mineverse. my favourite colours are blue and green and I truly believe in freedom of speech. My favourite school subjects are ICT, English, and Spanish. I love Anime and Japanese culture. A little random I know but oh well.

I speak English and a little bit of French and Spanish. I have studied French for about 5 years and Spanish for about 1 year. I learnt Mandarin Chinese for 2 years, but it was so hard and I cant remember anything .

Why do I want to be a Moderator and what qualities are needed?
=Responsibility=
My responsibilities as a Mineverse moderator will be to try my best to keep a steady and balanced community alive. I will listen to those with higher authority without any questions
and I will be efficient when I am needed for whatever situation I am needed for. I have gone over the rules of Mineverse and am fully up to speed with the rules and consequences of curtain actions. Apart from just the job, all staff members in my opinion should use their spare time to resolve problems wherever and whenever they can.
=Honesty=
This is a key factor as I understand it, in my experience if you are not Honest in your life then you really are not going to progress in many things involving other people. I promise not to tell someone a lie for as long as I possibly can which I hope will be a very long time .
=Kindness=
Communication and kindness is very tightly linked together, one can not exist without the other. I will not tolerate rudeness to others in almost any situation. As many of you will think the same, my Idea of a perfect world is every living person getting along and being kind to each other. If someone asks me for help I will try my best to assist them. Once my friend was having some personal family problems, so I tried to spend as much time with him as I could to make him feel better about himself and to think of the fact that he had friends and people who cared about him. Anyone who has any good qualities will surely stand up to someone being rude to another.
=Equality=
All people are equal in my eyes, at least until they choose for their path in life to not be on the side of good. I will treat someone who has just been on Mineverse for the first time and someone who is a Titan and has been on Mineverse for even a matter of years exactly the same. No person is 'bigger' at least in character then another person.
=Maturity=
Some people get a good sense of Humour confused with Maturity, my personal definition of Maturity is someone who is not sinking to the level of someone who is simply not acting with as much propriety as themself. However it is definitely possible to have a good sense of Humour and be mature at the same time, all of these 'racist' and 'inappropriate' jokes can be funny to some people but this definitely is not a symbol of maturity.
=Contribution=
I promise to make a strong contribution to anyone and anything I can on Mineverse, I plan to perhaps make some nice new maps with my build team or just make some suggestions etc. Hopefully these will just be extras as I plan to help Mineverse making players feel good whether they are donators or not. I could also perhaps try and advertise Mineverse on places and websites which it has not been listed.
=Loyalty=
I have been loyal to Mineverse for almost a year now, I vote almost every day and have never made even one negative comment about Mineverse, I try to recommend constructive criticism though, which I do think fits into this category.

=Past Experience=
I have a lot of past experience and do not need to go through any sort of training what so ever, I am familiar with all the commands needed to be a Mod. I have owned many servers in the past and have been Mod on Shock Network and VulcanMC. In total I am confident I have all the skills needed as I have been working on servers for over 2 years now.

Have you made Reports before?
Yes, I have made many Reports on spammers and Hackers before. I do about 1-3 a day and sometimes just go on other servers with to many hackers such as kitpvp and op pvp just to catch them, It feels a little bit like community service and I really do like that feeling
Which two servers do you want to be Mod on?
The servers I would like to be Moderator on are: Kitpvp and OPFactions. [My Favourite two servers]

Anything you think Mineverse should improve on?
People are constantly complaining about things on Mineverse, sure there are things like bugs and glitches that it could get rid of, but Mineverse is a big network and the staff are honestly doing all they can to make it as good as they possibly can for their players, I like the idea of people making suggestions about the server but not complaints.

Why do you want to be Moderator on these two servers?
I have noticed that on these two servers that are far to many hackers, I would like to clear them of hackers as much as I can and satisfy all the rule abiding players. I want to help people with their problems and I can also use this for perhaps a c.v. on other servers I apply for . I am friendly with some of the other mods and really just want to be able to talk to them and other players more than I already do, basically I just want to be more active on the forums and I feel like I will be able to help Mineverse and be active as the same time. My reasons are not at all to do with having authority over others, I have been asked by a couple of people and It is starting to annoy me, I just thought I would make it clear that I am doing this only for the good of Mineverse and to Help out as much as I possibly can .
How long have you been playing on Mineverse?
I have been on Mineverse for approximately 12 or 13 months. And I have enjoyed every minute of it. Ill admit I once took a 5 day break but thats really all .

=Conclusion=
I promise to try my best to be a fantastic Moderator on Mineverse and do the best I can to maintain this friendly community of many wonderful people. I am very grateful to anyone who gives ma thumbs up for this Application and I will show my gratitude with a simple Thank you .

No support, you literally do nothing but ignore me in game when you're online. It's quite annoying. Also, you don't understand the rules enough.
