Best recording software

    Hi guys I would like to know what the best free recording software is and how long the videos can be like the one I use now the the trail version of fraps so i can only recorded 30 second clips. Also please add a download link.

    Bandicam is the best free one, but it sucks. You can't record more than like 5 minutes. I use Fraps which only costs £21 and can record for as long as you like. Also there's no water mark. :)

    Camtasia or ScreenFlow depends. You can crack both programs online

    Action... not to be a little bit of a skrub. but because we dont like each other here. action is good look it up on how to get it for free. the full version

    @Freckle50 Fraps is terrible. hoesntly ive used it for months now and it sucks the file size is too big and too long to render action is the lowset file size and looks the best.

    Sometimes you can find the crack version of fraps that's what I did and I can record 10mins+

    Fraps is awesome. What I do is record and then compress the video so the size is made smaller.

    nope action is better. fraps is now only recommend for fps its just so bad and action is a all around better program

    That's your personal opinion. I've never had a problem with Fraps, it's simple and easy to use.

    My apologies that I don't research into recording program's and how they differ in my downtime.

    @GizzBots buy action for 30$ and tell me if its worth it. its a game recorder its better then fraps because it doesnt make you lag. and its way better then dxtory or fraps both combined.

    Good to know you wasted money on a recorder when I got full version Fraps for free. How about I don't buy it because I don't care? Stop being a perfectionist; stop being fussy.

    Who cares if you got it for free? Like seriously, the people who can't pay for there software is very sad when they want it.

    I recommend you going to "Open Broadcaster" as it's good you have excellent setting changes.. Good Quality easy to record.
