[AUS] -={ wither2410 }=- Mod app

Hello this is wither2410, this is probably my second mod application.
Let me tell you some ideas and things I've got here.
Some Information from me.
I live in Australia Adelaide, I am 12 years old and I love doing sports like, soccer, basket ball. I actually love being here because I see lot's and lot's of good places you can go like mountains, parks, and everywhere! I have a brother almost 12 years old, I live with my father and my mother, my grand father died when I was young and my grandmother is almost about to die.
Some reasons why I try to be a mod.​

So let me tell you all reasons from Some of the server(s).
Kit PvP :Reason 1 : Too many hackers found. Why can't we stop getting hackers?
I don't want any hackers anymore, I want them to stop.
Reason 2:When every I join Kit PvP I see no mods online, well sometimes I see 1 or 2 but, thats not much. I want to help this alot.
Reason 3: I see too much scammers/tp killing I don't know if this is allowed but I don't like this things.
Prison
Reason 1 : Too many hackers, speed mining and stuff.
Reason 2 : Do things that is not allowed like kill aura to kill people, break the saplings in the wood area.
Creative
Reason 1 : People doing se*.... Why do you do this? I even saw people saying
"Tpa for se* if your a girl," why do you do this? please stop.
Reason 2 : People scam griefing the plot. Don't grief other people's plots, I know its the person who have added you's fault, but just don't
Op Factions
Reason 1 : People using chest finder to find some bases. Don't do this, if I become a mod I'll find it out so please don't.
Reason 2 : Use hacked clients for pvp. Please don't use kill aura, use your own skills.
ParkourReason 1 : Using "Fly" hacks... People use fly hack to complete the whole parkour, don't use fly hack, parkour is for fun not hack.
Reason 2 : Spamming others to help. Please don't ask people to help, they can't help you. its your own skills, they just can't do the command ./tpa
Infections
Reason 1 : Using bugs, I want to fix some bugs in infections, there are Spider Web bugs. Basically survivors go in the spider web and make the zombies can't hit them.
Reason 2 : Kill aura hack client. Many zombies in the game hack to kill the survivors. Please don't do this.
OpPrison
Reason 1 : Now, I know that there is not much rule breakers in Op Prison but, I just would like to moderate Op Prison because I really enjoy playing this.
Reason 2 : People hacking. Now, you know that hacking is not allowed in the server. But some people do hack? Thats just ruining the game. I hope there is no more hackers left in the future.
So, basically that is all information I could get from some of the servers!
Some other things about me.
I have been banned from the past, I have changed a lot not to get banned.
So please don't just say "no support" because just of getting banned.

What 2 gamemodes would you like to moderate on? : I would like to moderate Kit pvp and Infections.
I really love this server and I will never try hacking any more.
The reasons that I want to moderate Kit pvp and Infection is that
I want to make that Kit PvP mods have more mods because I can't see much.
The reason that I want to moderate Infection is that I never saw ANY mods online in infection. Why aren't there much mods in infection? thats why I'm here to moderate infections.
Trust
Being a mod for me means that you have to be trusted to the other people not just your skills. There are lots and lots of griefers that try to be a mod?
Using commands that abuse others or trolling commands is not will be allowed for me. (and other mods) I have to be responsible for my jobs and things to do.
Kindness
My friends know I am very kind. I give some of my friends irl (in real life) money because they helped me alot. If they also ask me for food I just give them things. Even in mineverse, I help people alot, I don't just go like "I don't know who you are, go away" I don't just do that. I go "Oh hi, how can I help you today?" I will try my best on helping them and if I helped them alot and really can't do anything I will actually say "I'm very sorry but I cannot help you with this, if you have proof, (or anything) please report it on the forums.)
Respect
Respect is something that you need, there are many hackers found on this server, I want this server to be clean, nice and respectful server. But the main problem is the hackers/rule breakers. They do what ever they want to do, don't care of getting banned and swear, spam and stuff like that. that makes the server don't get respectful. I want to stop people doing that, thats why I am here to apply as in a mod.
How long have you been play mineverse for? : Maybe I have been playing for about more than 1 or 2 years? (I didn't used the forum at the first time I joined.)
How long can you be active every day
Monday : 1-2 hours
Tuesday 2-3 hours
Wednesday 2-3 hours
Thursday 1-2 hours
Friday 1-2 hours (some times 2-3 hours)
Saturday: 4-5 hours
Sunday 4-5 hours
Any experience as a mod on other servers? :
I was a mod in about 2 very small servers.
Note :
I will try my best in being a mod and I will respect others alot.
Make sure other people are happy enough of my job.
