Some may use the 'bad spelling' just to point out that they are not using grammar. Maybe he pointed out that every words first letter was capital (I think that's how you say it).

I personally do not see a need for more private vaults (/pv). There's a reason you are allowed a plot and the vault should be used for really important and oftenly used items. If you have a problem with using /p h and then warping back, I don't know what to say; it's not that difficult.

I always forget about /pv...

This idea would only work if you did make it like 1 tril each, but for people nearing Z, that is nothing.
