A new server added to mineverse?

I don't know what this world plug-in is but it looks like loads of fun. Can anyone identify this world map plug-in and can we get it added to mineverse?

all i c is a user dry humping the air... other from that i dont c where this is going

 

This seems to be a skyblock or aether type world and all the buildings spawn at random in it as treasure sites or monster nests. You build your way from building to building collecting treasures to make your base. You explore it. Unfortunately I do not know what this plug-in is called.
