Well, They get punished about the same amount its just about how the mod who does the punishment feels about it

Agree the mods are getting pretty slack (Not trying to offend) but the all have diffrent reasons for banning exmaple of a bad guard (Djryan) forums ban @vJigglez for 1 month for putting a picture of my skin (Witch is a penis) on and ban him for child porn Wtf its minecraft come on ...

 

I can agree with you on most of this.

 

It's really the owners who have to do something, I agree, the server does have so much potential.

 

are you basically trying to put this upon all the staff members, just because you thought one of the staff members weren't being fair?

Cryp, dude you are an amazing person and one of the best players I know on mineverse. I would really like for you to stay, I would hate to see you go. But I understand. You would serve the server really good being apart of the staff. :(

 

I have a ton of things

First of all, being a moderator you don't have to be mature 100% of the time. I mean on teamspeak the staff team can have fun. We don't have to act someone who we aren't, drink tea, and talk about politics. Moderator is a job for people who can BE mature not who are ALWAYS mature. I've moderated .ORG for 4 months now, and I know for a fact that moderating is not all about being mature all the time. So when you say "they need to realize they have to always be mature" is not true. I find that being mature in important moments is more important. As for when someone says a joke, it's not good to say "Oh I'm mature, so I'm not gonna laugh,"...

Also the "This is a nooby server part" Makes me mad
A server with 1k and up people on everyday is not a nooby server. Not even org who gets about 50 players on at a time, is not a nooby server. I mean you can have your opinion, and I have mine.

It is not a poorly built spawn. We have a new builder @Javiasor he can build and builds for a very big server. Now, just consider this.

 

I'm say they are immature because I was in ts one day, and DaddyHF came on and he was talking about s*x and stuff, and all the mods were laughing about it. They swear endlessly, and don't ban the person who kept saying "c**k". I mean, I thought there were "strict rules" but I guess they are having too much fun being immature than moderating the server properly. I am not trying to blame all this on the mods, because some of them are mature, but I think all the moderators think it is about having fun and it being a joke. Most other servers have more serious mods who know what good pvp is, but I guess that the owners choose more skilled moderators than this server. I'm not saying the mods are bad, I'm trying to say that the server needs more improvement, otherwise I am most likely going to quit.

 

Agreed crypric thats what i said in my last 2 mod apps but they were denyed and the one is still pending after 4 months.

You do realise that language said on teamspeak is legal as long as it isnt towards others... So the moderators had the right to be immature/have fun because no rules were being broken if someone is talking about that. Now sure if a player reported it and found it uncomfortable either leave the channel or report it. Its your opinion so quit if you want. 1 player out of 5000+ Gone. (Overall im sure there is 5000) So yeah, dont make a big deal about quitting.

 

Having something advertised doesn't mean the server is going well, does it?
Mostly all of the moderators need to be taught a few things. They are there to moderate. If you applied to become a moderator, act like it.

1 of 5000? Think about that for a second. I'm sure there aren't 5000 daily or casual players.. And if you see the introduction part of these forums, it's filling up fast with goodbyes from well known players and players who have spent a long time on this server.
