Recently i was griefed on part of my island even though I have a sponge placed, so I got a friend to come over and test were abouts the sponge protects. After abit of testing we figured the shape of the protected area is actually a sphere not a square. I'm unsure if this is supposed to be like this or it's a current bug. Also when you buy the sponge from the shop it says that the sponge protects x10 radius but when you place the sponge it says a x25 radius.

I think the longer you play, the more radius it adds.

That's how it is in survival.

Yeah that's wrong and and it's not like survival the amount it protects shouldn't at least increase unless you place another sponge and also, people can use lava within the sponges sphere so be careful
