Rare Key not Recieved

Im sorry this probably should have gone under bug/exploit

I used my 2 voter key and it said you have earned a common crate key the next one i used said you have earned a RARE KEY but when i looked in my inventory i had neither when i shifted my items around my common key appeared but the rare key didn't is there a way i can get it back.

BTW a Vp happened while i was taking screenshots which is why my invantory has diamond and emerald blocks in it.

this is the SECOND time i lost a rare key last time a Berserker pick came up and everyone went bid crazy so i didnt get screenshots nor did i report it for lack of evidence.

 

I tried to open it but it just said you do not have the rare crate key in your hand.

 

I earned both a common and a rare but some people say when they should have got rare they got common.

 

This happens try shift clicking around all item slots in your inventory then it usually appears good luck

No one renamed the key I got it from the voters chest

I played for a good 6 he after that Ms saying I got a rarekey and still didn't receive it.

Not sure, well try putting the key in the chest, brake the chest, and check then for the key it should be back to normal. Good luck.
