Different time limit in /eat and /heal.

In Kitpvp, /eat and /heal are somehow considered the same. So when a donor does /eat, you need to wait for a period of time and /heal would not be able to be in use. I think Noobcrew should make /eat available every 30 seconds and leave /heal the way it is would not be affected.

 

The time limit is fine as is, and it's not like you need to do /heal every 30 seconds anyways, no support

Prison and skygrid(and possibly other gamemodes) have this problem, support.
