Donated to the wrong account

I recently bought someone Titan rank for a Christmas gift and they were a mod. I went to buy myself VIP and it applied the rank to them, removing their Titan and Mod. If someone could get back to me about this I would greatly appreciate it. I feel like I ruined their Christmas and I feel terrible. please PM me to help me get this resolved.
