Hey guys Freckle here. So me and pretty much the rest of skyblock have been talking about the value of the things you receive from the voter crates on skyblock. And we have all agreed that it could be better. Mostly you only get 50 Bucks which most of us can get in a matter of minutes, maybe even seconds. If you are lucky you sometimes get cobble :eh So i would like to suggest that maybe every so often you might get a diamond or some iron or maybe gold. That is basically my suggestion, to make the prizes from voter crates a little more valuable on skyblock. Me and bananaman11223 have been discussing this and banana has came up with some pretty good ideas for prizes. Check them out down in the comments. Support if you agree.
Diamonds: Why not? If you get enough votes or you are lucky enough you should be able to obtain a couple diamonds. Currently you can only obtain 2 diamonds legitly which are through challenges. Really? Not even enough to make a pickaxe. Iron: This would be useful for mainly non donors. Members are pretty much left in the dust when it comes to getting iron because they don't have a kit or anything. Another great idea to boost the wealth level of our default players. Redstone: Same story with the iron problem. For Members it can be difficult to receive items everybody should be accessible to. Grass: Why not? You are only limited to your starter island supply and the stuff you can scuff up from shops but other then that you can't get much of it. Yet again, a great Idea to give players a chance to get more dirt. Sand: Same problem with grass. You can only get 3 of these which is far less then the amount of dirt you can get, making it even harder for players to have sand or make glass. Wood: First of, everyone needs wood to survive on skyblock so why not have an extra way of getting it? It would attract more voters and all in all boost the economy. Spawn Eggs: Currently it can be a pain in the to obtain spawn eggs. Through challenges you can only get the basic chicken, cow, pig, and ocelot eggs. By adding a chance of getting these through voter crates, regular members will not have to farm all day to only receive 2 of each. This is not including ocelot because you can only get one. Maybe you could put mooshroom eggs or an other egg that could add to the diversity of animals on skyblock! These are just some basic ideas in what can be found in voter crates!
50 skybucks: Already impletemted 100 skybucks: Already implemented 250 skybucks: Not implemented... This can occur if you happen to be lucky with your keys. 500 skybucks: Not implemented... This can occur if you happen to be very lucky with your keys. 750 skybucks: Not implemented... This can occur if you happen to be extremely lucky with your keys. 1000 skybucks: Not implemented... This can occur if you happen to be unbearably lucky with your keys. These are just some basic ideas on what new cash prizes can come out of crates.
I personally think that if this was implemented, it would be a little OP, but I do think it should be better.
