Rank In Skywars Not shown [Handled]

I have taken a VIP rank in the name of magicabhinav but it isnt showing my rank in skywars.....it works in survival but it isnt working on skywars
Why?

 

Buycraft is broken on Skywars.
Cypriot can fix your rank but he will need to add you directly. There used to be a running list for rank issues on SW in the staff section that mods would add names to and give to Cypriot to fix.
I would email Cyp directly at [email protected]
Make sure to include your exact username(IGN) and your purchased rank info.

I will tag a few mods here who may further assist you. These things can take some time to fix. Best of luck.

There is a list we can add you to get your rank fixed quicker but we need evidence

 

Cyp can see the rank when he adds them on buycraft. It shows. (Good to see you Fry <3)
A photo of the username in chat showing the rank should be sufficient.

 

This is an ongoing issue. Pex is completely broken and there are a ton of players with missing ranks. Even staff, such as myself don't even have my mod rank or perms. The admin is aware and asked me to compile a list for when they figure out the issue;

Also the ranks are not going to be added back until we find out what's wrong. There's no point of adding it back, if players keep losing it.
