On creative I picked up an item and was give permanent speed 1000 or something crazy like that so whenever I walk or fly it crashes my game. I have tried drinking milk and doing /speed 1 but it doesn't work. Please /heal me or give me an item that resets my speed I don't know what to do so please help me.

 

Try joining and typing /bukkit:kill

Try disposing the item if you haven't already. The effect should go away.

Cypriot can do what is called a "Player Reset" on you.
But you will lose your plot and any builds you have. Essentially you will be starting over from scratch.
Just tag a moderator here in this thread with your exact IGN(minecraft name) and they can request a reset on you.
There used to be a running list for player resets in the staff section.
I'll tag a few mods that know what I am speaking of.
